Full Service FBO definition

Full Service FBO means a facility that provides FBO Services, including selling aircraft fuel (at least jet fuel) and pumping fuel into aircraft.
Full Service FBO means any FBO which meets the specific minimum leasing requirements hereafter defined and which provides many of the following services.
