Fuel and Oil. With each fuel tank and oil tank containing the same quantity of fuel or oil as was contained in such fuel and oil tanks when the Airframe was delivered to Lessee or, in the case of differences in any such quantities, an appropriate adjustment will be made by payment to Lessor or Lessee, as appropriate, at the then-current market price at the Return Location of fuel or oil, as the case may be.
Fuel and Oil. FBO shall arrange for, at owner's expense, all fuel and oil for operation of the Aircraft, except that when the aircraft is rented at a Dry Xxxxx rate, fuel shall be provided at the expense of the renter.

Maintenance. FBO shall, at FBO's expense, maintain and keep in good order and repair the Aircraft. FBO shall arrange for, at FBO's expense, all inspections, parts, labor, overhaul and all maintenance and repairs of or for the Aircraft during the term hereof. FBO may arrange for properly qualified service companies to perform such services. Fueling, maintenance, inspection and repairs shall be made by competent personnel and with proper fuel, oil and other parts in compliance with the operation and maintenance manuals for the Aircraft and with FAA rules and regulations, all under the control and direction of the FBO. Hangar/Tiedown. The FBO shall, at FBO's expense, arrange for hangaring of the Aircraft or, at the Owner's written direction, for outdoor tiedown of the Aircraft.

Should oil be needed while away, a receipt for the purchased oil should be submitted for reimbursement/credit when returning the aircraft.

Aircraft will be returned with fuel equal to their fuel level at the beginning of the rental period. Renter is responsible for the cost of fuel added to return the aircraft to its pre- dispatch fuel state (either full tanks or “to the tabs”). Engine Oil: Oil is included in the rental. Any oil needed prior to departure can be acquired from the FBO (Signature Flight Support/480-951-2525). Should oil be needed while away, a receipt for the purchased oil should be submitted for reimbursement/credit when returning the aircraft.
