Fund Home Page means the Fund's proprietary web site on the Internet used by the Fund to provide information to its shareholders and potential shareholders.

(g) "Internet" shall mean the communications network comprised of multiple communications networks linking education, government, industrial and private computer networks. (h) "Oral Instructions" mean oral instructions received by PFPC from an Authorized Person or from a person reasonably believed by PFPC to be an Authorized Person. PFPC may, in its sole discretion in each separate instance, consider and rely upon instructions it receives from an Authorized Person via electronic mail as Oral Instructions. (k) "Shares" mean the shares of beneficial interest of any series or class of the Fund. (l) "Transfer Agent Secure Net Gateway" shall mean the system of computer hardware and software and network established by PFPC to provide access between the PFPC recordkeeping system and the Internet. (m) "Transfer Agent Web Transaction Engine" shall mean the system of computer hardware and software created and established by PFPC in order to enable Shareholders of the Fund to perform the transactions contemplated hereunder. (n) "Written Instructions" mean (i) written instructions signed by an Authorized Person and received by PFPC or (ii) trade instructions transmitted (and received by PFPC) by means of an electronic transaction reporting system access to which requires use of a password or other authorized identifier. The instructions may be delivered by hand, mail, tested telegram, cable, telex or facsimile sending device.

In addition to the services rendered by Investor Services Group as set forth in the Agreement, Investor Services Group agrees to provide the following services for the fees set forth in the Schedule of IMPRESSNet Fees attached hereto as Schedule A of this Amendment: (a) in accordance with the written procedures established between the fund and Investor Services Group, enable the Fund and its Shareholders utilize the Internet in order to access Fund information maintained by Investor Services Group through the use of the Investor Services Group Web Transaction Engine and Secure Net Gateway; (b) allow the Shareholders to perform account inquiries and transactions; (c) maintenance of the Investor Services Group Secure Net Gateway and the Investor Services Group Web Transaction Engine.

  • Residential address means the physical location where the student’s parents, legal guardians, persons having legal, lawful control of the student under order of a court, or persons standing in loco parentis reside. A student may use the residential address of a legal guardian, person having legal, lawful control of the student under order of a court, or person standing in loco parentis only if the student resides at the same residential address and if the guardianship or other legal authority is not granted solely for educational needs or school attendance purposes.
