Fund or fund means the Virginia Community Flood Preparedness Fund created pursuant to § 10.1‐603.25 of the Code of Virginia.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Distributor shall be entitled to receive the amount of CDSCs and Distribution Fees in respect of all Shares of each Fund issued during the term of this Distribution Agreement and any predecessor Distribution Agreement between the Trust or any of its predecessors and the Distributor or the Distributor's predecessor, EIS, including Shares issued in connection with one or more exchanges for Shares or shares of another Fund or fund.
