Future Annexation Area definition

Future Annexation Area means that geographic area that, at the time of CFD Formation, was considered potential annexation area for the CFD and which was, therefore, identified as “future annexation area” on the recorded CFD boundary map. Such designation does not mean that any or all of the Future Annexation Area will annex into Improvement Area No. 1, but should property designated as Future Annexation Area choose to annex, the annexation may be processed pursuant to the annexation procedures in the Act for territory included in a future annexation area, as well as the procedures established by the Commission.

Future Annexation Area means that geographic area that, at STD Formation, was considered potential annexation area for the STD and which was, therefore, identified as “future annexation area” on the recorded STD boundary map. Such designation does not mean that any or all of the Future Annexation Area will annex into the STD, but should owners of property designated as Future Annexation Area choose to annex, the annexation may be processed pursuant to the annexation procedures in the CFD Law for territory included in a future annexation area, as well as the procedures established by the Board and any other applicable provisions of the CFD Law.

Future Annexation Area means the area designated for future annexation to the District as shown in the District Boundary Map, as may be amended from time to time.

Examples of Future Annexation Area in a sentence

• If, in any Fiscal Year, a property owner within the Future Annexation Area wants to annex property into Improvement Area No. 1, the Administrator shall apply the following steps as part of the annexation proceedings: Step 1.

Nothing shall prevent property identified as Future Annexation Area from annexing under the non-streamlined provisions of the Act.

Future Annexation Area shall have the meaning assigned to the term in Recital A and shown on the map of the CFD set forth in Exhibit A. "Improvement Area(s)" means, as the context requires, Improvement Area No. 1 and/or Future Annexation Area.
