Future Supplemental Indenture definition

Future Supplemental Indenture means a future supplemental indenture to the Indenture.
Future Supplemental Indenture means any supplemental indenture other than this First Supplemental Indenture which relates to, amends, or supplements the Base Indenture, this First Supplemental Indenture or any Future Supplemental Indenture.
Future Supplemental Indenture has the meaning assigned to it in the recitals.

Future Supplemental Indenture means a future supplemental indenture to the Indenture.   • New Securities Indenture means an indenture between the Company and the New Securities Trustee, identical in all material respects to the Indenture (except that the transfer restrictions shall be modified or eliminated, as appropriate), which may be the Indenture if in the terms thereof appropriate provision is made for the New Securities.
