Game Title definition

Game Title or "Game Titles" means, individually or collectively, as the context requires, the computer software games developed by or on behalf of GameTek that are set forth on Schedule "A" .

  • These permits and clearances may include, but are not limited to, State Historic Preservation Office clearance, a Division of Governmental Coordination Coastal Consistency Determination, Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation permits, Alaska Department of Fish and Game Title 16 permit, US Army Corps of Engineers clearances and permits regarding wetlands, City or Borough Flood Hazard permit, local development permits, permission of property owner, etc.

  • With respect to each Game Title, subject to On-line Distribution and the terms of this Agreement, Gathering will not for itself or knowingly permit any third party to sell or distribute Distributed Products through standard retail channels of distribution in the Territory during the Exploitation Period for such Game Title.

  • If Take Two is called upon or required to produce any packaging, advertising and promotional materials for a Game Title, Take Two will include thereon such proprietary rights notices as may be designated and approved by GameTek.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, or any other provision to the contrary contained herein, T2 shall not be obligated to maintain at its warehouse at any one time quantities of any title of a particular Game Title in excess of that which is necessary to meet T2's customers' orders for any consecutive four (4) month period.

  • During the Exploitation Period for each Game Title, Take Two may distribute such Distributed Products through all available wholesale channels, and Take Two shall order and maintain inventories of appropriate quantities of Distributed Products with respect to each Game Title as shall be reasonably necessary to meet anticipated demand.
