Game Title definition

Game Title or "Game Titles" means, individually or collectively, as the context requires, the computer software games developed by or on behalf of GameTek that are set forth on Schedule "A" .

Game Title or "Game Titles" means, individually or collectively, as the context requires, the Gameboy software games developed by or on behalf of GameTek that are set forth on Schedule "A".

Examples of Game Title in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Agreement, a "fully accessible version" of such Game Title shall not include shareware of such Game Title in which the full version of such Game Title is encrypted.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, or any other provision to the contrary contained herein, T2 shall not be obligated to maintain at its warehouse at any one time quantities of any title of a particular Game Title in excess of that which is necessary to meet T2's customers' orders for any consecutive four (4) month period.

  • If Distributor is called upon or required to produce any packaging, advertising and promotional materials for a Game Title, Distributor will include thereon such proprietary rights notices as may be designated and approved by GameTek.

  • With respect to each Game Title other than Jazz Jackrabbit II, Gathering shall not offer or promote the sale or knowingly allow third parties to offer, market or distribute any of the Distributed Products outside of the Territory prior to the initial release of such Game Title in the Territory by T2.

  • With respect to each Game Title, subject to On-line Distribution and the terms of this Agreement, Gathering will not for itself or knowingly permit any third party to sell or distribute Distributed Products through standard retail channels of distribution in the Territory during the Exploitation Period for such Game Title.

  • With respect to each Game Title, Gathering shall not offer or promote the sale of a fully accessible version of such Game Title, other than through On-line Distribution, in the Territory for a period of ninety (90) days after the initial date of release of such Game Title without the prior consent of T2.

  • In such event, and without in any way limiting any of Take Two's rights and remedies, and notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained herein, but only with respect to the affected Game Title which is the subject of the Termination Notice, GameTek shall pay to Take Two an amount equal to any unrecouped portion of the Guaranty allocable to such Game Title (as set forth on Schedule "A") and theretofore paid by Take Two to GameTek hereunder.

  • In addition, if so requested by Take Two, GameTek shall purchase from Take Two all remaining inventory with respect to the affected Game Title at Take Two's cost, and Take Two shall deliver such inventory to a location or locations designated by GameTek upon Take Two's receipt of such purchase price.

  • Except for the rights granted under the License set forth in Subsection 5.a, below, all intellectual property rights in and to the Game Title first referenced above (which includes the software downloaded by You, together with any Virtual Items, Game Currency, and all other Game Content, as defined below, (collectively, the “Game”)) and all title and interest therein, are owned exclusively by BNEA and/or its licensors and are protected by domestic and foreign copyright laws and international treaties.

Game Title means the name of the online game which is developed by Licensor and licensed to Licensee under this Agreement.
Game Title represents one CASUAL game, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Terrible, which the Licensor has developed or possesses the rights to (hereinafter “▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Terrible”)
Game Title means and include an individual game theme and its related method(s) of game play, paytables, graphical artwork and/or video images, audio features and all patents, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property associated therewith, excluding any computer software.
Game Title means an identifier representing a unique playable game, as defined in 23-5-602, MCA, at its most basic level. For example, program name ABC123 has a poker game "Jacks or Better" with unique pay tables for the five cent and 25 cent denominations. The game titles might be "Jacks or Better .05" and "Jacks or Better .25."
Game Title means either a Application or a Partner Application or collectively, all Applications and Partner Applications.

  • Branded title means a title certificate that is labeled:

  • Game ticket or "ticket" means an acceptable evidence of Play, which is a ticket produced in a manner that meets the specifications defined in the rules of each Selling Lottery and Rule 31 (Play Validation) and is a physical representation of the Play or Plays sold to the player or is a properly and validly registered ticketless transaction Play.

  • Games means games of chance.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.
