LGA Gaming Supplier LicenceThe supplier is required to be a LGA licensed gaming supplier, if their product is intended to be offered for play.
In a manner provided by regulation, the Authority may hold such hearings, make such findings, and issue such orders as may be necessary to enforce Band Gaming Laws, the IGRA, the Compacts, and other applicable law, including but not limited to: (a) revoking or suspending any license issued to an individual, Gaming Supplier, or Gaming Enterprise as allowed by this chapter; (b) imposing civil fines reasonably proportionate to the activity being punished.
In addition to the above, a Gaming Supplier shall file a Level 2 License Application for any employee who shall be regularly dedicated to soliciting business from the Gaming Operation and any technological employee who has access to the Gaming Operation floor in the performance of his job duties.
It shall be the continuing duty of any Applicant or holder of a Gaming Supplier or Non-Gaming Supplier License to fully cooperate with the Commission during any investigation and to provide any supplementary information that the Commission requests.
No Gaming Supplier shall manufacture, sell or lease, distribute, repair or provide maintenance services to Gaming Devices in a Gaming Operation unless it holds a current Gaming Supplier License validly issued by the Commission in accordance with the Act and these Regulations.
