Gas Contract. The Natural Gas Supply Contract dated April 16, 1996 made by the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited, Arcadian Trinidad Limited (currently PCS Nitrogen Trinidad Limited) Arcadian Trinidad Ammonia Limited (which by novation assigned its obligations, rights and benefits thereunder by agreement dated January 27, 1997 to the said Arcadian Trinidad Limited, currently PCS Nitrogen Trinidad Limited) and Arcadian Nitrogen Limited (currently PCS Nitrogen Limited).
Gas Contract means any Gas Supply Contract, any Gas Storage Contract or any Gas Transportation Contract.
Gas Contract means any contract, agreement or other obligation of any of the Company, Manta Ray or Nautilus to purchase fuel gas, buy or sell linepack gas or transport, exchange, gather, process or otherwise handle natural gas.

  • At least thirty (30) days prior to the delivery or the execution of any contract for the sale, delivery, transporting or processing of gas produced from the Leased Premises, Lessee shall provide Lessor with a complete copy of each proposed contract for the purchase, transportation and/or processing of such gas that Lessee intends to execute (each a "Gas Contract"), whereupon, Lessor may object if the terms of said Gas Contract conflict with the terms and conditions of this Lease.

  • Lessor’s failure to respond within the fifteen (15) day period shall be deemed to be Lessor’s approval of such Gas Contract.

  • If Lessor does not approve of a Gas Contract, Lessee shall consult with Lessor in an effort to agree to the terms of the proposed Gas Contract, and if the other party or parties to the Gas Contract agree to the changes or modifications to the Gas Contract which are proposed by Lessor in order for Lessor to approve such Gas Contract, then Lessor shall be deemed to have approved such Gas Contract.

Gas Contract means the NAESB Base Contract to be executed and delivered by Xxxxxxxx to CDWR pursuant to the terms of Paragraph 3.2(c) of this Settlement Agreement.
