Gas Interconnection Facilities definition

Gas Interconnection Facilities means the apparatus between the Units and the downstream flange of the Gas Meter Set (owned by Seller) and from the outlet flange of the Gas Meter Set to the existing transmission or distribution system (owned by the interconnecting pipeline or LDC but constructed or improved for the purpose of serving the Unit) required to safely and reliably deliver Gas in volumes and at pressures sufficient to permit the Units to operate at the Maximum Contract Capacity.
Gas Interconnection Facilities has the meaning given such term in Section 4.2.
Gas Interconnection Facilities means the lateral to be constructed pursuant to the terms of the Precedent Agreement from TETCO's existing Philadelphia lateral at the Eagle Pennsylvania Compressor Station interconnecting with the Project at the Project's gas delivery point. GAS TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENTS has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7 of the Master Agreement.
