Gas Supply Contracts definition

Gas Supply Contracts means, collectively, the contracts or agreements entered into in respect of the Initial Projects or the Lost Pines Project or otherwise in accordance with the Credit Agreement by, or on behalf of, a Project Owner with a Fuel Supplier for the supply of fuel and/or related services for a Project.
Gas Supply Contracts means the contract for the sale of Gas from Counterparty to BP; as such contracts are identified on Exhibit A.
Gas Supply Contracts means this Gas Supply Contract and the substantially similar gas supply contracts with the other Members.
