Gas Supply Contracts definition

Gas Supply Contracts means, collectively, the contracts or agreements entered into in accordance with the Credit Agreement by, or on behalf of, a Project Owner with a Fuel Supplier for the supply of fuel and/or related services for a Project.
Gas Supply Contracts means the contract for the sale of Gas from Counterparty to BP; as such contracts are identified on Exhibit A.
Gas Supply Contracts means (i) the Gas Purchase Contract, dated April 12, 1990 and amended on April 23, 1993, between the Partnership and Natural Gas Clearinghouse, as it may exist at the time and (ii) any firm natural gas supply contract having a term (including all renewal or extension periods) greater than one year entered into by the Partnership (including, without limitation, a Replacement Gas Contract) to supply natural gas to the Project as a part of the Project's primary gas supply, other than a Fuel Supply Management Agreement.
