Gas Supply Contracts definition

Gas Supply Contracts means the contracts or agreements entered into in accordance with the Credit Agreement by, or on behalf of, Borrower with a Fuel Supplier for the supply of fuel and/or related services for a Project, including (a) the Magic Valley Gas Supply
Gas Supply Contracts means the contract for the sale of Gas from Counterparty to BP; as such contracts are identified on Exhibit A.
Gas Supply Contracts means (i) the Gas Purchase Contract, dated April 12, 1990 and amended on April 23, 1993, between the Company and Natural Gas Clearinghouse, as it may exist at the time and (ii) any firm natural gas supply contract having a term (including all renewal or extension periods) greater than one year entered into by the Company to supply natural gas to the Project as a part of the Project's primary gas supply, which is acceptable to the Bank.

  • Member authorizes ECNG to act as Member’s agent in dealing with natural gas suppliers, utilities and federal and provincial government revenue and customs authorities in respect of all sales, customs, use, value added or excise tax matters arising from the Gas Supply Contracts.
