Gate Fees definition

Gate Fees means the gate fees (otherwise known as stop charges) charged by DFMC in relation to the collection of your milk from the Farm as set out in clause 4(a) and Item 11 of the Details. Law means all laws, regulations and requirements of regulatory bodies and authorities relevant to the supply of your milk in the manner contemplated by this Contract, including laws relating to food safety, road transportation and occupational health and safety. BDD means BDD Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 68 083 019 390). Bega means Dairy Farmers Pty Limited ABN 65 010 308 068.
Gate Fees means the amounts, set by the Authority, to be collected from Self-Haul Customers by the Contractor and remitted to the Authority.
Gate Fees means the amount of money received as a result of or in consequence of holding an event pursuant to this By-law;

Examples of Gate Fees in a sentence

  • If, at DFMC’s election, your milk is collected more frequently than you require, no Gate Fees or charges will apply for the additional collections.

  • Where the volume of your milk exceeds the capacity and ability of the tanker of DFMC’s contractor, additional Gate Fees and charges will not be applied.

  • You will be charged the Gate Fees set out in Item 11 of the Details as a fee for the service of DFMC collecting your milk, which will be deducted from the Minimum Milk Price you receive in respect of a Month.

  • Color Scheme Holders shall provide receipts for payments for fuel, Gate Fees, Lease fees or any other payment made by Drivers to Color Schemes.

  • No Permit Holder or agent of a Permit Holder may accept or solicit gifts and/or gratuities or anything of value from any Driver, other than Gate Fees, Lease Fees, payments for goods actually received, or other payments authorized by this Article.

  • You will be charged the Gate Fees set out in Item 7 of the Details as a fee for the service of DFMC collecting your milk, which will be deducted from the Minimum Milk Price you receive in respect of a Month.

  • Airline shall pay the remaining applicable Airline Fees and Charges, including PFCs, Per Use Ticket Counter Fees and Per Use Gate Fees, associated with and on behalf of Affiliated Airline’s use of the Airport as an Affiliate of Airline during the Term.

  • Regular Gate Fees and Annual Passes will apply to all Seasonal Campers and Guests for Main Gate Entrance.

  • No Color Scheme may retaliate against a Driver for electing, or not electing, to establish his or her own credit card processing account.(e) Gate Fees.(1) Cap on Gate Fees.

  • The current amounts charged for Gate Fees, including the amount charged for each available shift over the seven days of the week.

Related to Gate Fees

  • Front End Fees means fees and expenses paid by any party for any services rendered to organize the Company and to acquire assets for the Company, including Organization and Offering Expenses, Acquisition Fees, Acquisition Expenses, and any other similar fees, however designated by the Board.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Acquisition Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.01 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Property or other Permitted Investment or the purchase, development or construction of any Property by the Company. Included in the computation of such fees or commissions shall be any real estate commission, selection fee, Development Fee, Construction Fee, nonrecurring management fee, loan fees or points or any fee of a similar nature, however designated. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to Persons not Affiliated with the Advisor in connection with the actual development and construction of a Property.
