Unit of Service: One hour General Assessment: To collect information about a client with multiple needs (social, environmental, physical, and emotional), identify problems, determine eligibility and needed support services to meet those needs.
Any adopted Budget for Common Expenses shall be subject to change by the Board of Directors, and the amount of the General Assessment shall be changed in accordance with such revised Budget for Common Expenses to cover actual expenses at any time.
Written notice specifying (a) the amount of each Annual General Assessment, Services Assessment and Special Assessment, and (b) the number and amounts of the installments by which each such Assessment is to be paid, shall be given to the Class A Members of each Lot subject thereto.
The General Assessment shall be used exclusively to promote the health, safety and welfare of the Members and in particular to improve, maintain, and operate the Common Area and facilities, including funding of appropriate reserves for future repair and replacement, as set forth in Section 3 above.
