No reimbursements are envisioned for any services under this contract, and none will normally be made for typical General Contractor Services.

Owner’s right to received liquidated damages shall in no manner affect Owner’s right to terminate the Contract for Continuing General Contractor Services.
The Professional will be the Owner’s representative in dealing with the Contractor on all design and technical matters, and will administer the Contract for Continuing General Contractor Services.
