General Records definition

General Records means recorded information that is not Personal Information as defined by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.56, s.2(1).
General Records means general information that is organized and capable of being retrieved. The records contain no personal information.
General Records shall have the same meaning given in Section 3.01(f) of this Loan Agreement.

Examples of General Records in a sentence

  • The Grantee shall retain such records for the longer of: (1) three years after the expiration of the Agreement; or (2) the period required by the General Records Schedules maintained by the Florida Department of State (available at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/library-archives/records-management/general-records-schedules/).

More Definitions of General Records

General Records shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.
General Records means all short term records not restricted in purpose or required for future reference and deemed to be nonspecific in nature.

Related to General Records

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.

  • Criminal records data means information about an individual's criminal convictions and offences, and information relating to criminal allegations and proceedings.

  • Educational records means: those official records, files, and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to records encompassing all the material kept in the student's cumulative folder such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols, and individualized education programs.

  • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.

  • Criminal records check means any criminal records check conducted by the superintendent of the bureau of criminal identification and investigation in accordance with division (B) of this section.

  • Medical Records the Study Subjects’ primary medical records kept by the Institution on behalf of the Study Subjects, including, without limitation, treatment entries, x-rays, biopsy reports, ultrasound photographs and other diagnostic images.   • Confidential record means a record that is not available as a matter of right for examination and copying by members of the public under applicable provisions of law. Confidential records include records or information contained in records that the department is prohibited by law from making available for examination by members of the public, and records or information contained in records that are specified as confidential by Iowa Code section 22.7 or another provision of law, but that may be disclosed upon order of the court, the custodian of the record, or by another person duly authorized

  • Official Records means the Official Records of the Office of the County Recorder for San Diego County, California.

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement.   • Land Records means the property records maintained by the Recorder of Deeds for the District of Columbia.

  • Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • Records Review means any assessment the Province conducts pursuant to section A7.4 (Records Review).

  • Records means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. Records produced or acquired in a machine readable electronic format shall be maintained in that format. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

  • Vital record means that term as defined in section 2805 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.2805.
