General Reserve Account definition

General Reserve Account means the account maintained by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 3.2(b) of the Indenture.
General Reserve Account means the account maintained by the Paying Agent on behalf of the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 3.2(b) of the Indenture.
