General Terminal Areas definition

General Terminal Areas means those areas of the Terminal Area Cost Center including (i) those occupied or designated as space for any Division of Aviation or City function; (ii) Public Areas; (iii) those used by City to support the operations of the Airport System, including, but not limited to, utility rooms, ductways, janitorial rooms and closets, telephone rooms, and other such areas as designated by City; (iv) Domestic Common Use Terminal Areas and (v) those designated by City and leased directly to concessionaires or other non-Air Transportation Company tenants within the Terminal Area Cost Center.
General Terminal Areas means those areas associated with the Terminal Cost Center including, but not limited to, (i) those occupied or designated as Authority Space; (ii) Public Areas; (iii) those used by XXXX to support the operations of the Airport System, including, but not limited to, utility rooms, ductways, janitorial rooms and closets, telephone rooms and other such areas as designated by XXXX; (iv) the Common Use Terminal Areas and (v) those areas designated by XXXX and leased directly to concessionaires or other non-Air Transportation Company tenants;

  • Critical areas means any of the following areas or ecosystems: wetlands, critical aquifer recharge areas, streams, fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas, frequently flooded areas, and geologically hazardous areas as defined by the Growth Management Act (RCW 36.070A.170).

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • the LA area means the area in respect of which is the local authority.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Limited common areas and facilities means those common areas and facilities

  • Terminal disease means an incurable and irreversible disease that has been medically confirmed and will, within reasonable medical judgment, produce death within six months.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Basal area means the effective surface area available to transmit the treated effluent from the filter media in a mound system into the in-situ receiving soils. The perimeter is measured at the interface of the imported fill material and in-situ soil.   • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.

  • Terminal means the EMV-enabled machine, terminal or other hardware device you obtain from NCR Voyix as an item of Hardware to use in connection with the Service to make the Offering to the Service User and to access the EMV PSP Service.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
