Genome User Portal means portal inside Our System (https://my.genome.eu/) therefrom You can use Your Genome Wallet and obtain Genome Services, as detailed in Clause 4.2 below;

  • Other marks, graphics, icons, names and logos used or displayed on or through the Site, Genome User Portal and the described or offered products or services are trademarks, trade dress and / or service marks of Genome, Our affiliates or otherwise are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Genome.

  • Top-up methods that We support are listed in Genome Fees and Charges and / or posted on Your Genome User Portal inside Our System.

  • You shall be careful when filling out details of the top-up payment and check that all payment details are accurate, complete and correct to make sure that money reaches Us. We shall not be liable for losses suffered by You as a result of inaccuracy of the payment details.If You wish to top-up Your Genome Wallet by card, You can add details of Your card on Genome User Portal and link it to Your Genome Wallet.

  • To top-up Your Genome Wallet in such a case You will need to follow relevant on-screen instructions of Your Genome User Portal upon entering into Our System.A card You are using to top-up Your Genome Wallet must be issued in Your name.

  • Payment details for SWIFT and SEPA transfers will be available on Your Genome User Portal.

  • To proceed with currency conversion, You will need to send a request to Us following the relevant on- screen instructions of Your Genome User Portal.

  • Payment details for SWIFT* and SEPA transfers will be available on Your Genome User Portal.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due.   • VPN means a virtual private network.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.
