German Security Documents definition

German Security Documents means all Security Documents governed by German law and “German Security Document” means any of them.
German Security Documents means the German Pledge Agreements, the German Security Agreements and any other Collateral Document governed by the laws of Germany.
German Security Documents means any account pledge agreement (including the German Account Security Agreement) and any other security agreement subject to the Laws of the Federal Republic of Germany entered into with the Administrative Agent in favor of the Secured Parties.

  • Each Lessee acknowledges that the Lessor has transferred or will transfer all of its rights under this Agreement to the German Security Trustee pursuant to the German Security Documents.

More Definitions of German Security Documents

German Security Documents means the following security agreements each to be governed by German law and to be entered into in connection with the other Finance Documents:
German Security Documents means any document entered into by any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries creating or expressed to create a mortgage, charge, pledge, lien, guarantee (including any Foreign Guarantee) or other security interest securing any obligation of any Person or any other agreement or arrangement having a similar effect in respect of the Credit Documents under German law.
German Security Documents means each of the German security documents listed in Part V of Schedule 15 (Transaction Security Documents) in each case securing the Secured Obligations.
German Security Documents means the notarial share pledge agreement for all existing and future shares in German Holdings in favor of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, as pledgees.”
German Security Documents means, collectively, any German law governed GmbH share pledge agreement, account pledge agreement, global assignment agreement and IP Rights assignment agreement which secures the Obligations.
German Security Documents means those Collateral Documents governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, including the German Security Trust Agreement.
