Account Security Agreement definition

Account Security Agreement that certain Account Security Agreement, dated on or prior to the Advance Date, between the Borrower and the Security Trustee, together with the notice of charge to the Account Bank and the acknowledgement of charge from the Account Bank.
Account Security Agreement means an agreement creating security over a bank account maintained by a Foreign Obligor.
Account Security Agreement means each Account Control Agreement and each Account Pledge Agreement.

More Definitions of Account Security Agreement

Account Security Agreement means a document in an agreed form creating a Security Interest over any bank account of an Obligor in favour of the Finance Parties.
