Get-Up definition

Get-Up means the get-up used in relation to the Trade Marks.
Get-Up means the appearance of goods and/or their packaging, including inter alia the size and shape of such packaging, the materials, colour and decoration of the goods and their wrappers, instructions for fitment and use and arrangement of their labels;

  • Set-up means the preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of personal effects, supplies, assistive devices, or equipment so that an individual may perform an activity.

  • Start-up means the time period required to bring the equipment covered under the Contract from an inactive condition, when construction is essentially complete, to the state ready for trial operation. The startup period shall include preliminary inspection and checkout of equipment and supporting sub-system, initial operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract to obtain necessary pre-trial operation data, perform calibration and corrective action, shut down, inspection and adjustment prior to the trial operation period.

  • IADL means "instrumental activities of daily living".

  • Step 4 Contribution - Amortize the result in Step 3 by multiplying it by the applicable factor from Table II. For the Plan Year in which the Participant attains Normal Retirement Age and for any subsequent Plan Year, the applicable factor is 1.0.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Year 3 means the tax year preceding the current tax year.

  • Annual Turnover means the actual turnover achieved during your first year of operations, from the commencement of your business to the date of the damage, converted to a 12-month equivalent figure.

  • Step for employees compensated on a monthly basis is a five percent differential above or below a salary rate rounded to the nearest dollar, and for employees compensated on a daily or hourly basis is a five percent differential above or below a rate rounded to the dollar and cents amount.

  • DOC means a document of compliance issued to an Operator in accordance with rule 13 of the ISM Code;

  • Dilution Horizon Ratio means, as of any Cut-off Date, a ratio (expressed as a decimal), computed by dividing (i) the aggregate sales generated by the Originators during the Calculation Period ending on such Cut-Off Date, by (ii) the Net Pool Balance as of such Cut-Off Date.

  • Martial arts weapon means a nunchaku, kama, kasari-fundo, octagon sai, tonfa or chinese star.
