GLGC Group for purposes of this Article 5 shall include the Company, and all of its wholly or majority owned subsidiaries and affiliates and successors and assigns of any of the foregoing.

Examples of GLGC Group in a sentence

  • Upon termination of this Agreement and thereafter, the Executive shall refrain from making any disparaging remarks about the businesses, services, products, stockholders, officers, directors or other personnel of the GLGC Group.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Customer Group means the Customer and where the Customer is a company, its holding company (if any) and their respective subsidiaries from time to time;
