  • When you place an Order via Global Reach Online, you will have an opportunity to review the details you have entered (this is the Pre-Trade Information.) Once you have confirmed that the Pre- Trade Information iscorrect, your Order will be submitted to us.

  • We shall not have any responsibility or liability to you for any loss or damage suffered by you arising out of, or in connection with, the use of (or any unavailability or inability to use) Global Reach Online including, without limitation, any loss of, or delay in the transmissionof, instructions or the inability to make instructions or access Global Reach Online whether due to breakdown or failure of communication facilities or otherwise.

  • If we do suspend your access to Global Reach Online, unless it is unlawful to do so, after the reason for suspending the access is over, we may provide you with new Global Reach Online Passwords and access to Global Reach Online.
