Governance Action Plan definition

Governance Action Plan means the Recipient’s plan, dated April 30, 2008, as agreed with the Association, which sets forth the measures and actions to be taken during implementation of the Project with respect to disclosure, civil society oversight, collusion mitigation, mitigation of forgery and fraud, complaints handling and applicable sanctions and remedies.
