Government Access definition

Government Access means Access where governmental institutions or their designees are the primary users having editorial control over programming and services.

Government Access or “Government Use” means access where government institutions or their designees are the primary or designated programmers or users having editorial control over their programming.
Government Access means: (a) a request for disclosure of Personal Data (which has been transferred in accordance with Paragraph 2.5) by a public authority under the laws of the country of destination; or (b) direct access to Personal Data (which has been transferred in accordance with Paragraph 2.5) by a public authority under the laws of the country of destination;

Government Access means noncommercial use by the governing bodies for the purpose of showing the public local government at work.
