Franchisee shall provide capacity for one (1) dedicated Public Access Channel, one (1) dedicated Educational Access Channel, and one (1) dedicated Government Access Channel (collectively, “PEG Channels”).
Provided that all other Cable Service providers in the Franchise Area are required to do the same, Franchisee shall provide on the Basic Service Tier one (1) reserved access channel which may be activated in accordance with Section 6.2 below (“Reserved PEG Channel”) which shall be individually designated by the LFA as a Public, Educational or Government Access Channel.
The recommendations will be in the public domain, unless they fall specifically under one of the provisions of Local Government Act 1972 - Schedule 12A After the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.
