Government Releasees definition

Government Releasees means the Government Parties, together with their respective current or former board members, directors, principals, special committees, agents, officers, employees, advisors and professionals, in each case, in their capacities as such, including, without limitation, any and all advisors and professionals retained by the Government Parties in connection with the PROMESA Proceedings, in their respective capacities as such.
Government Releasees under the Plan means “[c]ollectively, the Government Parties and the Commonwealth, together with their respective current or former board members, directors, principals, agents, officers, employees, a dvisors and professionals, including, without limitation, any and all advisors and professionals retained by the Government Parties in connection with the Title III Case.”

  • Government Entities means collectively, the United States of America or any other nation, any state or other political subdivision thereof, or any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of government, including any court, in each case having jurisdiction over the Company.
