Government Tenants definition

Government Tenants means any Government established or appointed person, organisation, entity or instrumentality which sub-lets or subleases the land from the Lessee.
Government Tenants means those government agencies occupying the Real Properties under the Government Leases listed on Exhibit E-1 through Exhibit E-14. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the United States of America (BPA) Tenant at the Property owned by GPT Portland, OR 1201 Lloyd, LLC shall not be considered a Government Tenant.
Government Tenants means those tenants set forth on Exhibit "V" attached hereto and made a part hereof. In the calculation of the eighty percent (80%) threshold in clause (i) above, any space occupied by a Government Tenant shall be subtracted from the square footage of the applicable Property. Each Seller shall promptly notify Buyer of the reasons (if known) of the failure of any tenant to deliver an estoppel certificate. If a Seller is unable to provide Buyer with the required estoppel certificates as set forth in this Section 7.1(c), Buyer may elect, in its sole discretion, to (x) extend the date of Closing for a period up to thirty (30) days, during which period Buyer may seek to obtain the required estoppel certificates (with the assistance of the manager of such Property, if so requested by Buyer) from any tenant of a Property failing to produce such estoppel certificate or (y) terminate this Agreement with respect to any one or more such Properties for which the applicable Seller has not obtained such estoppel certificates.

  • Government Entities means collectively, the United States of America or any other nation, any state or other political subdivision thereof, or any entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions of government, including any court, in each case having jurisdiction over the Company.
