Governmental Claim definition

Governmental Claim means any Claim against any Debtor Filed by a Governmental Unit.

More Definitions of Governmental Claim

Governmental Claim means any Claim held by any governmental unit (as defined in Section 101(27) of the Bankruptcy Code).
