Governmental Third Party Payor means Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, state government insurers and any other person or entity which presently or in the future maintains Governmental Third Party Payor Programs. In addition, for purposes of this Agreement, “Governmental Third Party Payor Programs” means all governmental third party payor programs in which the Borrowers or any of their Subsidiaries participates (including, without limitation, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE or any other federal or state health care programs).
