GP Collateral definition

GP Collateral means the “Collateral” as defined in the GP Undertaking.
GP Collateral means the “GP Collateral” under and as defined in the GP Cash Collateral Pledge Agreement.
GP Collateral has the meaning given to such term in the Company Security Agreement.

Examples of GP Collateral in a sentence

  • On the Closing Date and on each Borrowing Date, none of the properties and assets (including the Pool Receivables and other Collateral) of the Borrower, or the Borrower GP Collateral, are subject to any Liens (other than Permitted Liens) not permitted by this Agreement.

  • From and after the Fourth Amendment Effective Date, the Administrative Agent shall take any and all actions necessary (including any actions necessary to terminate the GP Cash Collateral Account Control Agreement, the GP Cash Collateral Pledge Agreement and the Equity Holder Agreement) to cause its Lien on and security interest in the GP Collateral, including, without limitation, the GP Cash Collateral Account, to be released as contemplated by Section 4 of the Fourth Amendment.

More Definitions of GP Collateral

GP Collateral means the “Collateral” as defined in the GP Undertaking. “GP Entities” shall mean, collectively, (i) each Grosvenor Fund GP and (ii) each general partner, managing member or equivalent, if any, of such Grosvenor Fund GP. “GP Obligors” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the GP Undertaking.

  • ABL Collateral means all of the assets and property of any Grantor, whether real, personal or mixed, with respect to which a Lien is granted as security for any ABL Obligations.

  • Notes Priority Collateral has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • U.S. Collateral means the “Collateral” (or any equivalent term) as defined in the U.S. Security Agreement or any other applicable U.S. Security Document, together with any other assets (whether Real Property or personal property) pledged pursuant to any U.S. Security Document.
