Grant Value definition

Grant Value of an SAR means the dollar value assigned to the SAR by the Administrator on the date the SAR is granted under the Plan.

Examples of Grant Value in a sentence

  • The Board shall determine the Grant Value and the Valuation Date (if not the Grant Date) for each Grant under this Part III.

  • The Grant Value shall be not less than 100% of Fair Market Value on the date of grant, as set forth in the Award Agreement.

  • The difference between the Fair Market Value on the date of exercise and the Grant Value, multiplied by the number of SARs exercised (the “Spread”), shall be paid in shares of Common Stock which have a Fair Market Value equal to the Spread, provided, however, that any fractional share shall be paid in cash.

More Definitions of Grant Value

Grant Value means the dollar amount allocated to an Eligible Person in respect of a Grant as contemplated by Section 3;
