Grid Codes definition

Grid Codes the Grid Code for Transmission and the Grid Codes for Local and Regional Transmission; “Grid Codes for Local and Regional Transmission”: the Grid Codes for local or regional transmission of electricity that are or shall be applicable in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia, as amended from time to time;

  • If a situation of force majeure and/or an emergency situation, as defined in the Grid Codes or pursuant to Belgian civil law, is/are invoked, the fulfilment of the obligations that are the subject of the Contract is temporarily suspended for so long as the event that gave rise to the emergency situation and/or force majeure persists.

  • Except where there is further specification aimed at application for the purposes of the Contract, and without ignoring the stipulations of public order, the concepts defined in the Electricity Act, the electricity decrees and/or ordinances in relation to the organisation of the electricity market and/or the various applicable Grid Codes (as defined hereunder) are also included for the purposes of the Contract in the sense of these statutory or regulatory definitions.

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • Codes means the following including the latest amendments and/or replacements, if any:

  • Access Codes means the username and password provided by the Company to the Client for accessing his Trading Account through the Company’s electronic systems.

  • Building Code Act means the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, as amended;

  • JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;

  • Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Security Codes are the credentials (such as codes and passwords) that are associated with you and used by us to verify the authenticity of Communications from you. Security Codes are used to access Accounts and to use the Services. The Security Codes include any supplemental or alternative method used to verify the authenticity of Communications that may be offered or presented to you by us from time to time. • “Service(s)” and “Online Banking” are the online banking interface and the banking services described in this Agreement.

  • Electricity Act means the Electricity Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c. 15, Schedule A;

  • Processes “Processing,” “Processed” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on data or sets of data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

  • Devices means (whether physical or virtual) a server, system, workstation, computer, mobile device, or end point upon which or through which the Services are used and/or on which the Software is installed.

  • Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.

  • Tools or “Tooling” means tools funded or provided by the Buyer.

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Tableware means multi-use eating and drinking utensils.
