Grid Connection definition

Grid Connection means a connection between the Facility and the Total System;
Grid Connection means completion to the satisfaction of the DNO of the commissioning tests required prior to energisation of the connection from the Project to the Local Distribution Network in accordance with G59/2;
Grid Connection means the linkage between a renewable energy system and the utility grid;

Examples of Grid Connection in a sentence

  • If the Generator specified in the FiT CfD Application that it is, or will be, an Islanded Generator, it shall not make a Grid Connection Application, or otherwise obtain access to a Grid Connection (including by way of a Private Network Use Agreement) other than where it has ceased to have a Route to Market.

  • If Part B: Point Connection and Part C: Grid Connection have terminated in respect of all Points of Connection and there are no other Parts of this Agreement in force, the whole of this Agreement will be deemed to be terminated.

  • If Transpower does not remedy or remove the non-compliance within 10 Business Days from the date of receipt of the notice specifying the non- compliance, the Customer may, without prejudice to any rights it may have at law or under this Agreement (including the dispute resolution procedures under clause 21) terminate Part B: Point Connection and Part C: Grid Connection in relation to any Point of Connection to which the non-compliance relates.


More Definitions of Grid Connection

Grid Connection means a connection between a generating installation and a transmission system or distribution system for the purpose of enabling electricity to be conveyed from the installation to that system;
