If the Generator breaches its obligations under Condition 30.1(I), an Islanded Generator Grid Connection Termination Event shall be deemed to have occurred.
In case of any conflict between the provisions of a Grid Connection Agreement and/or an Operational Balancing Agreement and these Conditions, these Conditions will prevail unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
