The Contractor must allow Members to select or be assigned to a new PCP when requested by the Member, when the Contractor has terminated a PCP, or when a PCP change is ordered as a part of the resolution to a formal Grievance proceeding.
Except as noted below, if prior to seeking resolution of a dispute by filing a Grievance according to this Article or while the Grievance proceeding is in progress, a Faculty Member requests, in writing, resolution of the matter in another forum, whether administrative or judicial, the University will have no obligation to entertain or proceed further with the matter pursuant to this Grievance procedure.
