Gross Gaming Revenues definition

Gross Gaming Revenues means the Project's total revenue from Class II and/or Class III Gaming activities (excluding any insurance proceeds received other than business interruption insurance proceeds and insurance proceeds received to reimburse the Project for any claims included, or to be included, as Costs of Gaming Operations).
Gross Gaming Revenues means all of the revenue from the operation of the Casino (which is taxed by the Colorado Gaming Authorities) from all business conducted upon, related to or from the Casino in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and shall include, but not be limited to, the net win from gaming activities, which is the difference between gaming wins and losses before deducting Gaming Taxes, and plus or minus, as appropriate, deposits made in respect of progressive slot machines and other similar games.
Gross Gaming Revenues means the total of all sums, including cheques and other negotiable instruments, whether collected or not, that is received in any month from the conduct of gaming, less the total of all sums paid out as winnings to casino players during that month in respect of gaming. This is also referred to as "Casino Gross Revenues". For purposes of this definition:

  • The Monthly Financial Statements shall include a statement detailing drop figure accounts on all Gross Gaming Revenues.

More Definitions of Gross Gaming Revenues

Gross Gaming Revenues as used herein shall mean the total amount in dollars of Lessee’s actual winnings from gaming operations as reported by Lessee to the Mississippi State Tax Commission or any successor state authority. However, the term “Gross Gaming Revenues” shall not include any payments, receipts or proceeds from the sales of any related operations, goods and products which may be sold for the convenience of Lessee’s customers on the Premises.
Gross Gaming Revenues means all money collected or received from lawful Gaming Activity.
Gross Gaming Revenues means gaming revenues derived from the casino forming a part of the Project, in accor- dance with generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied, i.e., for any applicable period, the amounts retained by such casino in respect of players' wagers, less payments to winning players and all applicable gaming taxes.
Gross Gaming Revenues. (or “GGR”) means the sum of gross stakes of all the Verified and Graded Bets placed within a calendar month, less all Winnings distributed or to be distributed to End Users with respect to such Verified and Graded Bets. For the avoidance of doubt, Gross Gaming Revenue shall be calculated according to any and all of the Verified and Graded Bets, without consideration as to whether such amounts were collected from the End Users.
Gross Gaming Revenues shall have the same meaning as gross gaming revenue for the purpose of reporting and payment of license fees under the Gaming Control Act and any applicable regulations, as amended. The Percentage Rent shall be subject to the terms of paragraph 4(f) hereof.
Gross Gaming Revenues means the total gaming revenues received less winnings paid out, and such term shall have the same meaning as gross gaming revenue for the purpose of reporting and payment of license fees under the Gaming Control Act.
