Ground Handler means dnata;
Ground Handler means any third party contractors, not employees of Airline or employees of a wholly owned subsidiary of Airline, who perform ground handling services on behalf of Airline and its des- ignated Affiliate Airline(s) at the Airport. Services include, but are not limited to, the processing of passengers, mail, cargo, de-icing services and other servicing of the aircraft. All Ground Handlers must execute an Oper- ating Agreement- Ground Handler with the City in order to be authorized to perform service at the Airport. Ground Handlers must remain in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement- Ground Handler in order to perform services on behalf of Airline at the Airport. Airline shall be responsible for all actions and obligations of any Ground Handler who continues to operate on behalf of Airline at the Airport following a cancellation or termination of an Operating Agreement- Ground Handler.
Ground Handler means any employees or contractors, not employees of AIRLINE, who perform ground handling services on behalf of AIRLINE at the Airport. Services include, but are not limited to, the processing of passengers, mail, cargo, and servicing of the aircraft. All Ground Handlers must execute a Ground Handling Operating Agreement with the BOARD in order to be authorized to perform service at the Airport. Ground Handlers must remain in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Ground Handling Operating Agreement in order to be authorized to perform services on behalf of AIRLINE at the Airport. AIRLINE, after written notification by the BOARD, shall be responsible for all obligations of any Ground Handler who has not executed an Operating Agreement or any Ground Handler who continues to operate at the Airport following a default.

  • In case that the Approval and/or Access Rights of a Third Party Ground Handler providing Restricted Access Services are terminated for whatever reason, HERMES Airports Ltd shall proceed to replace such party by setting up a new selection procedure and/or as may be provided by Applicable Laws.

  • AIRLINE, its authorized Affiliate Airline, or its Ground Handler contractor, as appropriate, shall report all activity related to landings, passenger enplanements and deplanements, including revenue and non-revenue passengers, flight operations, and other information requested by the BOARD as identified in Exhibit E, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, within ten (10) days following the end of the month.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Affiliate Airline(s) and Ground Handler contractors shall have the right to use AIRLINE’s space as permitted hereunder.
