Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount definition

Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount. Means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the portion of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date derived from the Group 1 Mortgage Loans.
Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, to the extent of funds available therefor, the sum (less amounts available for reimbursement of Advances and Servicing Advances pursuant to Section 3.05 and expenses reimbursable pursuant to Section 6.03) of: (i) each payment of principal on a Group 1 Mortgage Loan due during the related Collection Period and received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date, and any Advances with respect thereto, (ii) all full and partial Principal Prepayments received by the Servicer on the Group 1 Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period, (iii) the Net Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal actually collected by the Servicer on the Group 1 Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period, (iv) with respect to Defective Mortgage Loans that are Group 1 Mortgage Loans repurchased with respect to such Prepayment Period, the portion of the Purchase Price allocable to principal, (v) any Substitution Adjustment Amounts received with respect to Group 1 Mortgage Loans on or prior to the previous Determination Date and not yet distributed and (vi) on the Distribution Date on which the Trust is to be terminated in accordance with Section 10.01 hereof, that portion of the Termination Price in respect of principal on the Group 1 Mortgage Loans.
Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) all Scheduled Payments of principal collected or advanced on the Group 1 Mortgage Loans by the Servicer that were due during the related Due Period, (ii) the principal portion of all partial and full Principal Prepayments of the Group 1 Mortgage Loans applied by the Servicer during such Prepayment Period, (iii) the principal portion of all related Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries received during such Prepayment Period with respect to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans, (iv) that portion of the Purchase Price, representing principal of any repurchased Group 1 Mortgage Loan, deposited to the Collection Account during such Prepayment Period, (v) the principal portion of any related Substitution Adjustments deposited in the Collection Account during such Prepayment Period with respect to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans and (vi) on the Distribution Date on which the Trust is to be terminated in accordance with this Agreement, that portion of the Termination Price, representing principal with respect to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans.

More Definitions of Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount

Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans, (a) the sum, without duplication, of: (i) the scheduled principal collected during the related Due Period or advanced on or before the related Master Servicer Advance Date, (ii) prepayments collected in the related Prepayment Period, (iii) the Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan that was repurchased by the Seller or the Master Servicer, (iv) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate unpaid principal balance of any Replacement Mortgage Loans is less than the aggregate unpaid principal balance of any Deleted Mortgage Loans delivered by the Seller in connection with a substitution of a Mortgage Loan and (v) all Liquidation Proceeds collected during the related Due Period (to the extent such Liquidation Proceeds related to principal), less (b) all non-recoverable Advances relating to principal and certain expenses reimbursed during the related Due Period, in each case with respect to the Mortgage Loans in Loan Group 1.
Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount. For the Group 1 Certificates and any Distribution Date, the sum of
Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date will be the sum of (a) the principal portion of all Monthly Payments on the Group 1 Mortgage Loans due during the related Due Period, whether or not received on or prior to the related Determination Date; (b) the principal portion of all proceeds received in respect of the repurchase of a Group 1 Mortgage Loan or, in the case of a substitution, certain amounts representing a principal adjustment, during the related Prepayment Period pursuant to or as contemplated by Section 2.03 and Section 10.01; and (c) the principal portion of all other unscheduled collections, including Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and all Principal Prepayments in full and in part, received during the related Prepayment Period, to the extent applied as recoveries of principal on the Group 1 Mortgage Loans, net in each case of payments or reimbursements to the Trustee, the Custodian, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator, the Servicer and the Subservicer.
Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount. For any Payment Date will be equal to the sum of (1) all Principal collected (other than Payaheads) in respect of Scheduled Payments on the Group 1 Loans during the related Collection Period (less amounts due to the Servicer and the Indenture Trustee with respect to the Group 1 Loans, to the extent allocable to Principal) and the Principal portion of Payaheads on the Group 1 Loans previously received and intended for application in the related Collection Period, (2) all Principal Prepayments on the Group 1 Loans received during the related Prepayment Period, (3) the outstanding principal balance of each Group 1 Loan that was repurchased by the Seller or the Servicer during the related Collection Period and the principal portion of the Termination Price paid in connection with any Group 1 Optional Termination, (4) the portion of any Substitution Amount paid with respect to any replaced Group 1 Loans during the related Collection Period allocable to Principal and (5) all Net Liquidation Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries on the Group 1 Loans (net of any unpaid related Servicing Fees) collected with respect to the Group 1 Loans during the related Collection Period, in each case to the extent allocable to principal.
Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (A) the sum (less amounts available for reimbursement of Advances pursuant to Section 3.10 and expenses reimbursable pursuant to Section 6.03) of: (i) each payment of principal on a Group 1 Mortgage Loan due during the related Collection Period and received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date, and any Advances with respect thereto, (ii) all full and partial Principal Prepayments received by the Servicer on the Group 1 Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period, (iii) the Net Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal actually collected by the Servicer on the Group 1 Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period and the Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries received by the Servicer with respect to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans during that Collection Period, (iv) with respect to Defective Mortgage Loans that are Group 1 Mortgage Loans repurchased with respect to such Prepayment Period, the portion of the Purchase Price allocable to principal, (v) any Substitution Adjustment Amounts received with respect to Group 1 Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period and not yet distributed and (vi) on the Distribution Date on which the Trust is to be terminated in accordance with Section 9.01 hereof, that portion of the Termination Price in respect of principal on the Group 1 Mortgage Loans less (B) any amounts payable to the Swap Provider (including any Net Swap Payment and any Swap Termination Payment owed to the Swap Provider, other than a Defaulted Swap Termination Payment), not covered by the Group 1 Interest Remittance Amount and Group 2 Interest Remittance Amount.
Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the portion of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date derived from the Group 1 Mortgage Loans.

Related to Group 1 Principal Remittance Amount

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Group I Principal Remittance Amount and the Group II Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Mortgage Pool and Distribution Date, (a) the sum of (1) all interest collected (other than in connection with Payaheads and Prepayment Premiums) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments in such Mortgage Pool during the related Collection Period by the Servicers, the Master Servicer, or the Trustee (solely acting in its capacity as successor Master Servicer), minus (x) the Servicing Fee with respect to the Mortgage Loans and (y) previously unreimbursed Advances and other amounts due to the Servicers, the Master Servicer or the Trustee (solely acting in its capacity as successor Master Servicer) to the extent allocable to interest and the allocable portion of previously unreimbursed Servicing Advances with respect to the Mortgage Loans, (2) any Compensating Interest Payments with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool with respect to the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period), (3) the portion of any Purchase Price, as applicable, or Substitution Amount paid with respect the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool during the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period) allocable to interest, and (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and any other recoveries collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period), to the extent allocable to interest, as reduced by (b) other costs, expenses or liabilities reimbursable to the Trustee, the Master Servicer or each Servicer to the extent provided in this Agreement and each Servicing Agreement, and the Custodian pursuant to the Custodial Agreement; provided, however, that in the case of the Trustee, such reimbursable amounts may not exceed $500,000 during any Anniversary Year up to and including the Anniversary Year in which the Stepdown Date occurs and $200,000 during any Anniversary Year thereafter (the “Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount”). In the event that the Trustee incurs reimbursable amounts in excess of the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in any Anniversary Year, it may obtain reimbursement for such amounts in subsequent Anniversary Years, but in no event shall more than the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in aggregate be reimbursed to the Trustee per Anniversary Year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, costs and expenses incurred by the Trustee pursuant to Section 6.14(a) in connection with any transfer of servicing shall be excluded in determining the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount limitation on reimbursable amounts per Anniversary Year. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) the Interest Remittance Amount available on each Swap Payment Date for distributions to the Supplemental Interest Trust Account shall be equal to the Interest Remittance Amount on the related Distribution Date and (ii) the Interest Remittance Amount for each Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to any distributions to the Supplemental Interest Trust Account on the related Swap Payment Date.

  • Remittance Amount means the funds denominated in Singapore Dollars or United Stated Dollars which is to be debited from the Customer's Account(s) and converted into the specified Foreign Amount.

  • Optimal Interest Remittance Amount For each Distribution Date, the product of (A) (x) the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates for the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Collection Period divided by (y) 12 and (B) the Aggregate Loan Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period (not including for this purpose Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date).
