Guaranty Agency definition

Guaranty Agency means any agency which has an agreement with the Department of Education to be a guarantor of Federal Loans.
Guaranty Agency means any entity authorized to guarantee student loans under the Higher Education Act and with which the Authority maintains a Guarantee Agreement.
Guaranty Agency means any entity authorized to guarantee student loans under the Higher Education Act and with which the Indenture Trustee and the Eligible Lender Trustee maintains a Guarantee Agreement.
