Guest Personal Data definition

Guest Personal Data means any information relating to identified or identifiable actual or potential guests or customers of the Hotels or Other Marriott Products, including contact information (such as addresses, phone numbers, email and SMS addresses), Guest Preferences, and any other information collected from or about actual or potential guests or customers of the Hotels or Other Marriott Products operated or licensed by Manager or its Affiliates.
Guest Personal Data means Personal Information Processed by or on behalf of either party pursuant to this Agreement regarding actual or potential guests or customers of the Properties, including but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers, email addresses, and SMS addresses. 3632659v2 –License Agreement

Examples of Guest Personal Data in a sentence

  • To the extent permitted by law, each party releases the other party from any contributory liability obligation for any third party claim that arises from its Processing of Guest Personal Data.

  • Aging time dependence of electrical transport properties for samples with and without the hot deformation process.

  • Each party shall be independently responsible for Processing Guest Personal Data in compliance with the GDPR and shall be solely responsible for obtaining any necessary consents and authorizations directly from guests that it requires to process Guest Personal Data.

  • For the purposes of this Contract, Guest Personal Data shall include information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual's identity, either alone or when combined with other personal or identifying information that is linked or linkable to a specific individual.

  • Each party shall be solely responsible for handling any third party claim with respect to its Processing of Guest Personal Data.Neither party shall seek contribution from the other party for any third party claim related to its Processingof Guest Personal Data.

  • Each party shall implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, organizational, and physical measures required to ensure a level of confidentiality, integrity, and availability appropriate to the risks represented by the Processing and the nature of the Guest Personal Data, and to prevent any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Guest Personal Data.

  • Pursuant to GDPR, each party acts as an independent “Controller” with respect to its processing of Guest Personal Data in connection with this Contract, and each party will comply with its respective obligations as such.

  • Hotel agrees that Guest Personal Data may be transmitted between MGE - AT&L and the Hotel through the use of such Supplier Portal or such other method reasonably requested by MGE - AT&L.

Related to Guest Personal Data

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under clause 1.2 of this agreement to enable the parties to fulfil their obligations under the terms of this Agreement.

  • personal data filing system ('filing system') shall mean any structured set of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralized, decentralized or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis;

  • processing of personal data (“processing”) shall mean any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction;

  • Personal Data Breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;

  • Sensitive Personal Data * means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health, an individual’s sex life or sexual orientation and an individual’s criminal convictions.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Highly restricted personal information means an individual’s photograph or image, social security number, digitized signature, and medical and disability information.

  • Special categories of personal data means information about an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health, sex life or sexual orientation and biometric data.

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Sensitive Personal Information or “SPI” means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(2).

  • Special Personal Information means Personal Information as referred to in Section 26 of POPIA

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Individual provider means an individual provider as defined

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Personal service means professional or technical expertise
