Country of Residence means:
County of residence means the county in this state in which, at the time a person applies for or receives services, the person is living and has established an ongoing presence with the declared, good faith intention of living in the county for a permanent or indefinite period of time. The county of residence of a person who is a homeless person is the county where the homeless person usually sleeps. A person maintains residency in the county in which the person last resided while the person is present in another county receiving services in a hospital, a correctional facility, a halfway house for community-based corrections or substance-related treatment, a nursing facility, an intermediate care facility for persons with an intellectual disability, or a residential care facility, or for the purpose of attending a college or university. (IC 331.394(1)a)
Place of Residence means the place where an Employee ordinarily resides as a permanent base. An Employer may request an Employee to state his/her place of
School district of residence means the school district
Primary state of residence means the state of a person’s declared fixed permanent and principal home for legal purposes; domicile.
Degree of relationship means the number of steps between two persons
Assisted living residence means a facility licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services to provide apartment-style housing and congregate dining and to assure that assisted living services are available when needed for four or more adult persons unrelated to the proprietor and that offers units containing, at a minimum, one unfurnished room, a private bathroom, a kitchenette and a lockable door on the unit entrance.
Permanent residence means a place where the person abides, lodges, or resides for 5 or more consecutive days.
Residence means a person's principal place of abode within Utah.
Primary Residence means an Insured’s fixed, permanent and main home for legal and tax purposes.
OHIO RESIDENTS The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.
Student athlete means an individual who engages in, is eligible to engage in, or may be eligible in the future to engage in, any intercollegiate sport. If an individual is permanently ineligible to participate in a particular intercollegiate sport, the individual is not a student-athlete for purposes of that sport.
Crisis residential center means a secure or semi- secure facility established pursuant to chapter 74.13 RCW.
Sentinel event means a type of critical incident that is an unexpected occurrence involving the death or serious physical or psychological injury to a person served, staff member, or visitor, or risk thereof. Serious injury specifically includes loss of limb or function. The phrase "or risk thereof" includes a variation in approved processes which could carry a significant chance of a serious adverse outcome. These events signal the need for immediate investigation and response. Sentinel events include, but are not limited to, suicide, homicide, assault and other forms of violence, including domestic violence or sexual assault, and adverse drug events resulting in serious injury or death. Sentinel events include occurrences that take place at the facility and/or during the delivery of services, as well as suicide and unintentional drug overdose deaths that occur at any time while a person receiving outpatient services is an active client and within seventy-two (72) hours of discharge from inpatient and residential settings, including sites certified under Chapter 23 of this Title.
Walker Crips : means as appropriate, Walker Crips Investment Management, Walker Crips Structured Investments or the Nominee.
Abbeyfield Home means an establishment run by the Abbeyfield Society including all bodies corporate or unincorporated which are affiliated to that society;
Community Development Director means the Director of City’s Department of Community Development or his or her designee.
the Caxton Foundation means the charitable trust of that name established on 28th March 2011 out of funds provided by the Secretary of State for the benefit of certain persons suffering from hepatitis C and other persons eligible for payment in accordance with its provisions;
Principal Officer means an employee of the portfolio manager who has been designated as such by the portfolio manager and is responsible for: -
Service address means the service address of a member or the body corporate in terms of rule 4; and
Tier 3 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that do not meet the criteria for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.

Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Tier 1 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that contain at least four (4) Fiber- based Collocators, at least thirty-eight thousand (38,000) Business Lines, or both. Tier 1 Wire Centers also are those Qwest tandem switching locations that have no line-side switching facilities, but nevertheless serve as a point of traffic aggregation accessible by CLEC. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 1 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Wire Center.
Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
Tier 2 Wire Centers means those Qwest Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 Wire Centers, but contain at least three (3) Fiber-based Collocators, at least twenty-four thousand (24,000) Business Lines, or both. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 2 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 3 Wire Center.
