Handicapped parking space means a parking space or zone marked by a sign or signs indicating such space or zone is for the sole use of vehicles displaying a valid permit, in accordance with the requirements of the Highway Traffic Act and regulations made hereunder and this by-law;
Handicapped parking space means a parking space designated for use only by motor vehicles displaying a handicapped identification device that meets the require­ ments of Iowa Code section 601E.10.
Handicapped parking space means a special parking location on publicly owned or privately owned parking lots, parking garages, or other parking areas, designated through the posting of an elevated sign, whether permanently affixed or moveable, imprinted with the international symbol of access. All elevated signs shall be mounted on a fixed or movable post and the distance from the ground to the top of the sign shall measure five feet. There also shall be affixed upon the surface of that sign or affixed next to the designating sign a notice that states the fine applicable for the offense of parking a motor vehicle in the special designated parking location if the motor vehicle is not legally entitled to be parked in that location.
