DESIGNATED PARKING. Landlord will permit Tenant to designate up to 10 parking spaces, proximate to Tenant’s entry, as either reserved or visitor spaces by indicating such on the curb face. Curb face identification shall be removed by Tenant upon vacancy of the Project. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord has no obligation to enforce Tenant’s exclusive use of the designated spaces.

It is agreed by the parties that temporary members can be hired to fill a temporary vacancy created by a member absent due to vacation, illness, special leave or hired as a member who is to fill a temporary vacancy created as a result of another member being selected to fill a temporary vacancy. The duration of the shall not exceed the length of the initial vacancy, and such shall not be subject to the five week maximum. The Board acknowledges that qualified full-time members who wish to fill a temporary vacancy which exceeds three months shall have a priority entitlement to such positions. The Board will further consider the applications of part-time and temporary members prior to the hiring of external candidates. A full-time member who is accepted a temporary position, upon completion of the temporary assignment shall be entitled to return to the same labour grade and classification that was previously held. Each member who assumes .a new position at a higher classification shall be eligible for incremental grade increases. A temporary member can also be hired for the purpose of completing a specific task or project, in which event the duration of such assignment will not exceed five weeks. Temporary members will not be employed on successive specific tasks without the concurrence of the Association. Temporary members will be eligible for dental and extended health care benefits in accordance with the following: The average weekly hours worked by a temporary member in the preceding six (6) month period shall be determined as soon as possible after January and July in each year. Thereafter, in the following six (6) month period the temporary member will be to have worked those average weekly hours for purposes of entitlement to extended health care and dental benefits.

The Parties agree to form a Schedule Review Committee to research, analyze, and review alternative shift schedules to the existing uniform patrol compressed work week schedule. The Committee shall consist of not more than three (3) members representing the Association and not more than three (3) members representing the Board. The Committee’s assessment shall include a consideration of the operational, financial, staffing and implementation implications of the alternatives considered, as well as the relative desirability of the shift schedule from the perspective of those members affected. The Committee shall be convened within sixty (60) days of ratification and shall complete their work by providing recommendations respecting any proposed alternative to the Board and to the Association for consideration within six (6) months of convening. If the parties fail to reach consensus at committee, the issues in dispute shall be referred to mediation by Xxxxxx or in the alternative Bill or if neither are available, a mediator agreeable to the parties in an effort to achieve consensus. The parties will forthwith approach the mediator and agree on a date before the end of September Any change to the current schedule shall require the approval of both the Board and the Association to be adopted, and in the event of a determination by either Party not to approve an alternative schedule for implementation such determination shall not be arbitrable. In the event either party fails to adopt the consensus recommendations of the Committee the matter may be submitted to arbitration through the grievance procedure. The cost of the Mediator and Arbitrator shall be equally shared between the Board and the Association. Where an alternative shift schedule is approved for implementation on a permanent basis, it will be inserted into the Collective Agreement replacing the existing Schedule to the Uniform Collective Agreement.
DESIGNATED PARKING. Lessee, its agents, servants, employees, guests, and invitees, shall have the right to park vehicles adjacent to the Premises, as set forth in “Exhibit A” hereto, without charge, throughout the term of the Lease, and any renewal term of the Lease. Lessee, its agents, servants, employees, guests, and invitees, shall not use any other parking spaces on the Premises other than those identified in “Exhibit A” hereto. DESIGNATED PARKING. In the event Lessee is expressly granted rights and/or privileges in and to specific parking areas or facilities under this Lease, the following shall apply: Lessee and Lessees employees and/or permitted subtenants shall park their cars only in those portions of the Parking Garage and areas that are from time to time designated for that purpose by Lessor. Lessor shall have the right from time to time to relocate parking areas within the Property for use by Lessee. Lessee shall furnish in writing the make, model, color and state automobile license number (automobile license numbers to be submitted on a yearly basis) assigned to Lessees cars within five (5) days after taking possession of the Premises and shall thereafter notify Lessor in writing of any changes within two (2) days. In the event Lessee, or its employees, agents and/or licensees fail to park their cars in the parking areas so designated from time to time by Lessor, then any requirements in the Lease regarding prior notice to Lessee or the expiration of any grace period, or both, shall not apply and Lessor at its option shall (a) have the immediate right to charge Lessee, or its permitted subtenants Ten Dollars ($10.00) per car per day parked in any areas other than that so designated (which charges shall be deemed Additional Rental hereunder and subject to all of the provisions relating thereto), and/or (b) tow such vehicle away each at Lessees cost and expense. Parking areas shall be used only for parking vehicles no longer than full size passenger automobiles or " ton pick up trucks, herein called "PERMITTED SIZE VEHICLES." Vehicles other than Permitted Size Vehicles are herein referred to as "OVERSIZED VEHICLES." The maintenance, washing, waxing or cleaning of vehicles in the parking structure or elsewhere in the Property is prohibited. Such parking use as is herein provided is intended merely as a license only and no bailment is intended or shall be created hereby. DESIGNATED PARKING. Tenant shall have the exclusive right to four (4) ------------------- parking stalls as identified on Exhibit I (Parking Plan). It shall be Tenant's responsibility for the stenciling designation of the parking stalls. Tenant shall inform Landlord prior to the stenciling.
