Hard Surface Areas definition

Hard Surface Areas means any area surfaced in bitumised material, concrete, concrete slabs, grasscrete, bricks etc. including roads, footpaths and carparks but excluding any area surfaced with gravel, hogging, scalpings and the like.

Large volumes of material that have been fly tipped will be removed by instruction and paid for as an additional payment.
