Car Parks definition

Car Parks means the car parking spaces controlled by us at Christchurch Airport, and "Car Park" shall be interpreted accordingly.

Car Parks shall have the meaning as attributed to the said term in Clause 2.2 hereof.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Car Parks shall exclude the refuse collection vehicle parking space and the loading and unloading bays; and if and when the Visitors’ Car Parking Spaces shall have been designated as additional Residential Block Common Areas and Facilities in accordance with the provisions of this Deed, the Car Parks shall thereafter be construed as excluding the Visitors’ Car Parking Spaces;

Car Parks means the car parks owned by the RMB Borrower comprising part of Pacific Century Place, Beijing 0X Xxxxxx'x Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XXX.

Car Parks means the car parking spaces identified and controlled by us at Mackay Airport including Short Term, Long Term and Covered Car Parks, and “Car Park” shall be interpreted accordingly.

Car Parks shall have the meaning attributed to the term in recital I of this Agreement.
