Hardware Fees definition

Hardware Fees means the fees payable by Customer to WFM for the Hardware, as set out in the Product Order.
Hardware Fees means the amounts payable for Hardware, if any, set forth in a Statement of Work.
Hardware Fees means the costs for the Hardware, which may include installation, training and other costs as set out in any Quotation and/or Statement of Work or as may be agreed between the parties.

Examples of Hardware Fees in a sentence

  • Title to the Hardware shall not pass to Customer until payment of the Hardware Fees in respect of the Hardware has been discharged in full.

  • You agree that so long as we are able to provide you with proof of postage of your required Hardware to your requested Shipping Address via a Post Office or Courier receipt or confirmation email, Qudini and its Hardware Partners shall have no responsibility in circumstances where Hardware is lost, damaged or not received during its shipping to you, and that all Hardware Fees will remain payable by You and no refunds will be due.

  • All Hardware Fees will be payable by You upfront, in advance of us purchasing the Hardware from our Hardware Partners or, where we have your required Hardware in stock, in advance of us shipping the Hardware directly to You.

  • Title to Hardware purchased by Customer shall pass to Customer upon payment in full of the Hardware Fees and any related charges.

  • All Hardware Fees will be payable in pound sterling and subject to UK tax rates.

  • Where we do not keep, or at the time of purchase have, your required Hardware in stock, upon your payment of the Hardware Fees we will order Your Hardware from our appropriate Hardware Partners requesting that, where possible for our Hardware Partner, it is shipped directly by them to your required shipping address(es).

  • Customer shall, at CTS's request, either promptly return the System to CTS or destroy the same; and (b) Customer as its exclusive remedy shall be entitled to a refund equal to the License Fees and Hardware Fees described in SCHEDULE A which specifically pertain to such System and which Customer actually paid to CTS, which refund CTS may reduce by a reasonable sum for use, depreciation, and amortization.

  • The Customer shall pay Datel Advansys’ invoices on the date specified for payment in the Service Agreement, but if no date is specified (or in the case of a Standalone Contract) then 30 days from the date of each such invoice (7 days for Hardware Fees and Software Fees).

  • Oracle Premier Support for Hardware and Systems • 1st Year • After 1st Year • 12% of Net Hardware Fees.

  • Hardware Fees shall be invoiced upon delivery of Hardware to Purchaser and due thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.

Related to Hardware Fees

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner, or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors. “Furniture Maintenance Product” does not include dusting aids, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning, and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Soft Costs means the costs of professional work and fees, interim costs, financing fees and expenses, syndication costs, soft costs and Developer’s fees as shown in the Applicant’s properly completed UniApp, Section C - Uses of Funds. Soft Costs do not include operating or replacement reserves.

  • Computer software maintenance contract means a contract that obligates a seller of computer software to provide a customer with:

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Start-Up Costs means all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with establishing the State Mitigation Trust and the Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust and setting them up for operation. Start-up costs shall not include the cost of premiums for insurance policies.

  • Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Training costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.

  • Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Routine patient care costs means Covered Medical Expenses which are typically provided absent a clinical trial and not otherwise excluded under the Policy. Routine patient care costs do not include:

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.
