HD Subscriber Base definition

HD Subscriber Base means the total number of subscribers of High Definition Television Channels who are connected to the DPO’s Distribution System, for the Territory, and have subscribed to one or more High Definition Television Channels of any Broadcaster, on A-la-carte or Bouquet basis from the DPO.
HD Subscriber Base means total Active Subscriber Base of the Operator who has subscribed to at least one high definition channel of any broadcaster.

  • Active Platform HD Subscriber Base shall mean the Active Platform Subscriber Base who have subscribed for one or more HD channels from the DPO.

  • The HD Subscriber Base Incentive shall mean the incentive provided to the MSO based on the Network Pay High Definition Subscriber Base of the MSO, in accordance with the terms set out in Annexure 2 (“HD Subscriber Base Incentive Conditions”).

  • The HD Subscriber Base Incentive shall mean the incentive provided to the DTHO based on the Network Pay High Definition Subscriber Base of the DTHO, in accordance with the terms set out in Annexure 2 (“HD Subscriber Base Incentive Conditions”).

  • The HD Subscriber Base Incentive shall mean the incentive provided to the HITSO based on the Network Pay High Definition Subscriber Base of the HITSO, in accordance with the terms set out in Annexure 2 (“HD Subscriber Base Incentive Conditions”).

  • Hence, the calculation of penetration for a HD Channel should be basis the HD Subscriber Base of the relevant distributor of TV channels, and not on the overall subscriber base of such distributor of TV channels.

  • Active Platform HD Subscriber Base shall mean the Active Platform Subscriber Base who have subscribed for one or more HD channels from the DPO FOR DPO FOR TVTN through its authorized agent STAR Penetration Threshold, as setout in Table A, shall mean the percentage (%) penetration for the Relevant Subscribed Channel(s) on the Active Platform Subscriber Base in the defined Target Markets.

Related to HD Subscriber Base

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Subscriber Shares means the Shares which the subscribers to the Instrument of the ICAV agree to subscribe for as more particularly hereinafter set forth after their names.

  • Subscriber means the subscriber to the Memorandum.

  • Minimum Subscription means the minimum subscription for Shares as specified in the relevant Supplement.

  • Active Subscriber means a Subscriber who has been authorized to receive signals of Zee Group Channels as per the subscriber management system and whose set top box has not been denied signals. “Total Active Subscribers

  • Subscriber Agreement means an agreement that governs the issuance and use of a Certificate that the Applicant must read and accept before receiving a Certificate.

  • Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers of the Licensee in a particular month, as set forth in the applicable month’s Subscriber Report (refer Schedule D).

  • Minimum Subsequent Subscription means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’

  • Subscriber Information means any information, contained in the form of computer data or any other form, that is held by a service provider, relating to subscribers, other than traffic or other data, by which can be established -
