Hedge Account definition

Hedge Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(h).]
Hedge Account means a classification of Customer Account notified as hedge account pursuant to the provisions of Article 59.7.

  • Except as expressly set forth in this Section 8.10(b), Seller shall not have any right to withdraw amounts on deposit in the Hedge Account without the prior written consent of Buyer.

More Definitions of Hedge Account

Hedge Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(g) of this Agreement.
Hedge Account means the account held by the Issuer with the Account Bank and into which shall be deposited amounts received pursuant to any Hedge Transaction.
