Hedging Strategy Letter definition

Hedging Strategy Letter means a letter dated on or about the date of this Agreement between the Arrangers and the Company setting out the hedging strategy agreed in relation to the Facilities.
Hedging Strategy Letter means the agreed form letter from the Parent to the Agent relating to hedging;
Hedging Strategy Letter means the hedging strategy letter to be entered into on or about the date hereof between the Borrower, the Agent, the Guarantor and the Arrangers.

More Definitions of Hedging Strategy Letter

Hedging Strategy Letter means a letter dated on or about the date of this Agreement from the Arranger to the Parent in connection with the hedging strategy of the Group.
Hedging Strategy Letter means the Original Hedging Strategy Letter and/or the New Hedging Strategy Letter, as the context requires;
Hedging Strategy Letter means the letter in the agreed form from the Parent to the Facility Agent setting out the hedging strategy.
Hedging Strategy Letter means the letter relating to the hedging of interest payments under this Agreement to be sent in the Agreed Terms by the Borrower to the Agent as amended from time to time with the consent of the Agent.

Hedging Strategy Letter means the letter in terms agreed by the Parent and the Arranger addressed to the Arranger from the Parent setting out the approved and agreed hedging strategy.
Hedging Strategy Letter means a letter from the Borrower to the Lender dated on or about the date of this agreement, pursuant to paragraph 8(a) of Schedule 2, setting out the Borrower’s strategy for hedging the interest payable under this agreement under a Hedging Arrangement. Holding Company means in relation to a company or corporation, any other company or corporation in respect of which it is a Subsidiary. IHLC means International Hotel Licensing Company S.A.R.L. a corporation organised and existing under the Laws of Luxembourg, acting through its branch in Zurich, Switzerland.
