Help Desk Service definition

Help Desk Service means the first level help desk services provided by the Supplier and further services provided by the State. “Intellectual Property Rights” includes all copyright, trade xxxx, design, patent, semiconductor or circuit layout rights or other proprietary rights, or any rights to registration of such rights existing in Australia, or elsewhere as protected by legislation from time to time, whether created before, on or after the Commencement Date.
Help Desk Service means the first level help desk services provided by the Supplier and further services provided by the State.
Help Desk Service is as defined in paragraph 3.1.6 (Help Desk Service) of Schedule 1 Part 3 (Service Provision Requirements);

Help Desk Service means the help desk services to be provided by AJACO (once introduced) as set out in the Summary of Services;
