Summary of Services. [BRIEF SUMMARY OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY INFLUENCER] Influencer shall act in good faith and use best efforts to provide Client and Brand with the following services in a first-class manner (collectively, the “Services”): “Content” includes but is not limited to the photos, videos and audiovisual materials created hereunder, as applicable, that are either posted on Influencer’s owned social media channels or provided to Brand for its own use (including posting on Brand’s owned social media channels). All Content created by Influencer shall be submitted to Client and/or Brand for review and approval prior to any Content being posted. Payment of Compensation hereunder is conditioned on approval of the Content.
