Summary of Services. [BRIEF SUMMARY OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY INFLUENCER] NATURE OF SERVICES Influencer shall act in good faith and use best efforts to provide Client and Brand with the following services in a first-class manner (collectively, the “Services”): Content Creation [DESCRIPTION OF CONTENT TO BE CREATED BY INFLUENCER AND DETAILS OF POSTS] “Content” includes but is not limited to the photos, videos and audiovisual materials created hereunder, as applicable, that are either posted on Influencer’s owned social media channels or provided to Brand for its own use (including posting on Brand’s owned social media channels). There shall be no additional fees charged for making any changes to the Content pursuant to this approval process.
